Eurolink ensures the quality of its translations by choosing the professionals best suited to each assignment. Naturally, in accordance with the requirements of today's marketplace, we have a process management manual, work procedures and an internal control system, drawn up on the basis of our experience. However, we don't really need them: each and every one of us knows exactly what to do and how to do it. That's the advantage of many years in the business.
The field of translation is vast, and no one person or agency can do everything. Therefore, our quality policy includes not accepting assignments that we cannot carry out satisfactorily. Experience has taught us that efficiency and results are the product of specialisation.
We don't blindly apply complex processes or strictly follow preordained instructions, but instead adapt them to each job's needs and continuously refine them, always in partnership with out clients and suppliers.
